Comprehensive Assessment:
We identify what movements increase symptoms, what your body currently tolerates and where strength or mobility may be limiting recovery.
Hands-On Care:
Depending on what you need, treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue treatment, dry needling, or other manual therapies to help reduce pain and improve movement.
Personalized Rehabilitation:
This is where lasting change happens.
Instead of handling you a sheet of generic exercises, we coach you through progressive strengthening designed specifically for your body and goals.
Advanced Recovery Tools:
As needed, we use advanced treatment tools like shockwave therapy, class IV laser therapy, and dry needling. These tools help reduce pain and improve your ability to more fully rehab.

Will you adjust my back?
Sometimes.
If an adjustment makes sense, we incorporate it into treatment. But adjustments are only one tool -- we also utilize the class IV laser, dry needling, movement therapy and exercise. We focus on restoring movement, building strength and improve long-term function.
Do I need an MRI?
Not always. An MRI can be helpful to confirm a diagnosis but it doesn't always change treatment. If your history or examination suggests imaging is necessary, we'll discuss it with you and help guide the next steps.
I've already tried physical therapy. Can you still help me?
Yes, many of our patients come to use after previous treatments. We take a fresh look at your movement, strength, lifestyle and goals to help build a plan that fits your current needs rather than repeating the same approach.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery depends on your condition, how long you've been dealing with it, and your goals. Some people notice changes within a few visits, while others need a longer progression to rebuild strength and confidence.
Do you accept my insurance?
We do accept some insurances. Please call our office to find out what your coverage is.
However, by being a cash-based practice we can spend more time with each person, have better personalized care and make treatment decisions based on your needs - not insurance limitations.
