Dr. Steven Bird is a chiropractor in West Jordan, Utah. Through his years in practice he has worked with everyday movers to high level athletes. Focusing on the strength community, he sees many powerlifters, strongman and highland games athletes, as well as several brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes.
Each athlete and each sport brings about a new set of problems and conditions. Going from injury to performance requires more than just adjustments. Dr. Bird actively combines many treatment modalities and movements into his treatments. With a gym in his office space, each person is taken from treatment to movement medicine.
